• LOSS OF GOODWILL;
• LOSS OF USE;
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• CORRECTIVE ACTIONS;
• OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuomiFest and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

12. Termination

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, located in Helsinki or Joensuu. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any dispute or claim under EUR 5,000, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, you may pursue formal legal remedies.

14. Modifications to the Site

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the invalid provision.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuomiFest regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral, concerning their subject matter.
